GOD'S GUIDANCE

Today's Verse “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5 - 6 There are times that we are placed in a situation and the best thing that we can do is to trust God. We could view our lives here on earth as a way to exercise our trust in God. That is why we face different circumstances everyday with various situations and different levels of difficulties. All of these are opportunities to trust God. These two verses are a constant reminder to us that trusting God is the best choice and relying on our own understanding is not the right option. Trusting God means to fully surrender to Him. That is why verse 6 gives us the assurance that if we surrender everything to Him and Trust Him, He will make our paths straight. Help me to stop depending on myself and start surrendering everything to You. Guide me Lord and help me to discern Your will for me. Amen.
