Assumption of Mary

Virgin Mary remained in the world with the Apostles for some time after Jesus ascended to heaven. But she also died when the time fixed for her by the God came and was buried by the Apostles. But tradition says that The Apostle St. Thoma was not present during the death and burial of Virgin Mary but came after a few days. He was very anxious to see at least the face of the mother once. The Apostles were also eager to see the face of the mother again. So they opened the grave but to their astonishment the body of Virgin Mary was not there. God has not left the body of the Virgin Mary to decay but has taken Her to heaven with body and soul. Death was only a way for The Holy Mother to enter heaven.
Mother Mary is the only way for every disciple of Jesus, to enter heaven. Mother Mary was the ladder through which Jesus descended to this world. Therefore we must use the ladder, Mother Mary, to go to heaven and for eternal bliss.
