YOU ARE A LEADER.
#BEWISE: How sweet it is to be a leader with the authority to do as we wish or as you wish but remember that you are a servant ironically.
You are a leader and there is no doubt about that but been a leader means that you must serve those you are leading and not use them as slaves. Most times those that call themselves leaders don't actually know their duty and so they misuse the privilege given to them.
Everyone on earth is a leader but just that few are opportune to take that seat but that doesn't mean you can't play your role as a follower. A leader is like a light to those following him and they learn from what he does and so I will tell you to see yourself as a leader today and start acting like one because there are people following you that you do not know but until you start abusing that quality of leadership in you then you will know how many people you have mislead. Ask God to help you lead well just like King Solomon and you will find joy in leading.
Jesus stooped so low and washed the feet of his disciples just to show them the qualities of a good leader and you as a leader what have you done? Are you a dictator or you always find faults in all your people do and don't encourage them? As a leader you must do what others find difficult to do easily and that will make you an extra-ordinary leader. Learn to serve and learn to lead. Happy weekend.
